Meet Our Founder
Harry Mumma
Harry Mumma is a corporate executive with a track record of roadmapping internal strategy and management to drive project executions across accounting, information technology, and operations—supporting efforts to fuel growth and mitigate systematic disaster. Dedicated to resource and process evaluation, championing functional development and optimization with prominent advisory service leaders, e.g., all “Big 4” firms. A passion for aligning on strategic vision that unifies teams and their respective talent, coupled with entrepreneurial success has paved the path to drive transitions spanning Y2K, ERP implementation, divestiture, and multiple acquisition integrations. The capacity to define and fuel mechanisms that support sustainability across a business’s infrastructure.
Prior Successes:
Harry was Chief of Staff to a CFO of a start-up financial institution. In 2018, the company was 5 people. In 2019, Harry was a project manager on the acquisition of a company with over 500 employees. In 2020, Harry project managed a Workday Financials implementation and in 2021, a Workday HCM integration.

Harry ran the acquisition integration of 4 private equity portfolio companies between 2020 and 2022.

Harry graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Mathematics.
Harry is an avid soccer fan and is a father to three daughters.
